Mario Kart Tour is now available in all global regions in iOS and Android. However, Nintendo are currently aware that there are several problems, which could do with being fixed.
Mario Kart Tour will be improved at some point with the Tour 1.0.2 Update, that is what GoNintendo have found out. Some of the issues are glitches that will be removed whilst others relate to what features are not available in the free version of this game.
At this point in time Nintendo have made it so that players will have to sign up to the Golden Pass to gain access to extra features and higher rewards. Without this subscription there is no means to take part in the 200cc races. Players may prefer to wait and see what glitches are removed and, which features are added by the update instead of paying for the expensive subscription.
The version of the game on Nintendo Switch is currently better, with the subscription for the extras for the online service available at a lower price.
The best advice is to wait for the Tour 1.0.2 Update before paying for a Golden Pass.
