Sonic the Hedgehog is one of the best animal protagonist characters ever. From the early nineties, this lovely blue hedgehog the hero is making our days better. To be honest, the transition to 3D wasn’t the happiest for the lovely hero but that wasn’t that bad and we still love the little guy.
Will that still be the case after the movie is released?

Everybody loved the idea of Sonic the Hedgehog Movie. When you know who the crew is, how can it not be good? Let’ just mention Jim Carrey as Dr Ivo Robotnik, Ben Schwartz as Sonic’s voice actor and James Marsden as Tom Wachowski.
Unfortunately, after first trailers for the movie, reactions weren’t so nice. Quite the opposite, fans were very unsatisfied with Sonic’s look. His beefy legs and trim torso are just the beginning. Face is what really made fans mad.
Movie Delayed Until February
The news is that Sonic the Hedgehog movie is delayed. As the director Jeff Fowler announced, they are taking a little more time to make Sonic the Hedgehog just right.
That is a long time keeping in mind that was originally scheduled to come out in 2016 for Sonic’s 25th anniversary. Date was changed to November 2019 but due to the newest problems (if we can call that a problem) we’ll probably be seeing legendary blue hedgehog in February 2020.
Let’s hope this delay will be worth the waiting. Until then, let’s watch the official trailer!
